Ownership

We are a New Zealand owned company. Our legal name is Glitzerella.

Delivery targets

Delivery targets are a guide and we do not guarantee your item will reach its destination within the time specified. We will endeavour to deliver the products as quickly as possible.

Customer statement

The name that will appear on your statement will be Glitzerella.

Payment currency

Your account will be charged in NZ Dollars.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with an item from Glitzerella, we will offer an online credit as long as the following obligations are met.

If you would like to exchange an item, please send returns to:

  • Items must be returned to the above address within 12 working days from the time your order was made.
  • Items cannot be worn, washed or damaged in any way.
  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition with tags attached, in the original packaging.
  • We do not refund cost of shipping or any related expenses, ie: customs fees.
    Shipping costs for return items will be incurred by the customer.
  • Until the item is returned to Glitzerella, it is the customer’s responsibility, for this reason we recommend using track and trace postage.
  • We do not offer refunds unless the item purchased is out of stock.

Delivery

We endeavour to deliver the goods to the purchasers address within the time specified.  The Buyer shall accept the goods if the goods are delivered within a reasonable time thereafter. The delivery targets are a guide and we do not guarantee these time specifications.
Deliveries are made by Glitzerella.

Purchase Policy

All orders for next day delivery need to be placed by 10 am the day before.

Changes to Terms

If we need to change these terms we will make every reasonable effort to let you know.

Price and Price Changes

All prices are NZ dollars. Price changes will be clearly specified on the website and we will make every reasonable effort to notify the buyer one week prior to the change.

Credit Card Payments

Payments are processed through the secure Payment Express system. We do not store credit card information. Payments must be received prior to orders being shipped.
